All your points are based on anecdotal evidence and therefor compromised by your internal bias. There is nothing to argue against, other than pointing out that your conclusions are subjective.
You should probably see a therapist.

Agreed. The amount of time spent, or what should be thought of, is subjective. Asking, "why think of that?" seems illogical when you can ask, "why not think about it?"

Mostly I think some bad stuff is actually nothing to worry about, or it’s gonna be 10 times worse and happen sooner than is estimated. I’m about 50/50 on both counts…but yes, when you’re able see the big picture, especially when you get a little older and have seen some shit, what’s going on today (and what could actually result) is some dark, scary shit…

I think you’re mistaking being driven to perfectionism and doing things in a meticulous manner by anxiety with overthinking because of anxiety. If you’re burdened by perfectionism you usually find a solution in a well organized way.
Because when you truly overthinking something you don’t get a solution and just end up confusing yourself with self contradictions worrying about the outcome, you don’t really get a solution when you overthinking things.
This is coming from personal experience.

It’s because they’re overthinkers, so when there’s a problem, they may have a solution before someone else because they have considered as an hypothetical situation

Ah yes "projection" the best phrase used by those who have no arguments.
Instead of actually taking any point i made into account you dismiss it and say im "projecting". Good job!

I counter with the students living in accommodation at Glasgow caledonian University, who ate from the kebab shop on the corner every night they went drinking, and had horrendous food poisoning repeatadly untill after a few weeks it stopped effecting you...

Not for the truly intelligent. I mean maybe. I mean if you really think about it. Don’t you think? Well? I think maybe it is. I think. 🤔

I prefer weed too. Alcohol is less of a commitment and easier to consume more frequently. It also has the tendency to suppress negative feelings as opposed to “helping” with them hence why it’s probably so popular.

Negative, you said that life is harder. My point is that you are volunteering for aspects that are making your life harder but are not mandatory. If you never simulated suffering you won't get it but be assured you have a very easy life.

They were too busy to be bothered with things they didn't have time for... emotional dynamics was created to give life substance now that we have the luxury of free time to notice. You may think you're bright, but wisdom seems to still b-right.
