Yeah when it got to the point in the article where they were against it because small and rural schools might struggle with funding for it. Why is the first thought them is to not do it and not this system is broken if poorer schools have to feed their kids worse food. School lunch should be a federal program where every school receives help with funding for good food and families don't have to pay for lunches anymore.

Someone asked on a earlier post but it never got answered, but made me think. " Do these charts show the number of people with 2-3 jobs", Because i know people who had to take a seconds job.

This is a bit hard to believe. I wonder how well researched this story is or (more likely) just a Statistics puff piece that doesn't take into account actual events. Like the tech companies laying off and then hiring back at cheap rates. Or leaving jobs because of economic downturn and make do jobs to keep from starving.

West coast is looking pretty bleak right now. Just saying - I find this hard to believe.

Yea this is a bad take. I’m very pro free markets, but people here aren’t saying Netflix should be regulated out of doing this, they’re just saying they disapprove and will be taking their business elsewhere. You know, like a free market.

• College students who watch from their dorm using the family account

• Deployed armed forces who watch overseas while using their literal own household account

• Sandwich generation people, who share their passwords with their older parents who are retired on a fixed income and can't afford little luxuries like this (this is my situation, we share entertainment logins with my in laws)

• Anyone traveling, want to watch from their phone at the airport or log in to a TV at their airbnb

• Anyone who watches from their phone in their car on their work lunch break

• Anyone who watches from their phone at the gym (which is what I do)
