Same here. Must have been a lot bigger than theyre reporting. I'm wondering if there's any legal action we can take, how can we verify it was only the last four? What caused this and how is it not going to happen again? I have LifeLock from UW because they lost a hard drive that could have had my information on it. Why isn't Peirce doing something similar for the individuals affected by this?

so does my maine coon! I really like st edwards park, point defiance, bridle trails when it’s non horse hours, lords hill for the flat trails, al borin park, green lake, discovery, gas works is a fun one with cats, lincoln park, and warren g magneson, just avoid the off leash dog area. I’ve taken my cat to all of them and love it, point defiance is in tacoma/ruston but the rest are in those two counties

Nope your in the area I'm looking for actually. I'm from Chelan county but like I said I want to broaden the places I've taken her. She's spent a few hours driving around in the car before (just driving around up in the woods) and she did fantastic with it. Like I said she pretty much just rides like a dog so I'm not worried about distance really.

You’re fine. People don’t return after an FMLA leave all the time. So long as you were employed during the week in which you claimed benefits, there isn’t recourse in terms of FMLA payments.

Now, if your are receiving health benefits and your employer pays your premiums and have continued during your leave, they can request you repay those premiums from what I understand.

They’re always super helpful! They also rely a lot on trip reports from people to know recent conditions, so feel free to give them an update afterward, if there’s anything notable.

I’m usually not a very litigious person, but you might want to talk to a lawyer. Breaking federal law and saying “oh whoops” “we fixed it and totally trust this dude” doesn’t cut it IMO. They need to provide legal documentation that they did what they said at the bare minimum.

I am not sure, vit I think not. It pays out like unemployment benefits, week.to week. Your just changing jobs, and, until released by the doctor, you have documented proof of an inability to work. Make the call at 8AM or send a message through the portal. They don't take weeks to answer any more. But, you will need to log in and check for a response
