It looks a lot different than in August. It is really pretty in the spring when it's sunny and blooming. Good picture!

It's more a matter of Eastern Washington/ Western Washington if you are drawing a comparison to Northern California/ Southern California.

Pfft, that's a nice day. Trying having it be dumping snow and you have to chain up at milepost 34 and keep the chains on until milepost 71. In a semi truck. That's wintery.
