And this is why I would be against it. Some riders not understanding how to do it safely. Why pass a law where people won't know how to do it properly but will do it anyway because they save time on the road. Also just because you did it safely for 10 years means nothing because maybe you were just lucky. Also admitting to doing something that is illegal for 10 years is just another reason why I wouldn't vote for it. While the majority of motorcycle riders follow the law there is a sizable amount who don't and just cause problems and are rude to everyone else.

You could always get some blues and some meth and just take one small hit of the blue off your foil and see how you feel otherwise you'll prolly die then when you start nodding hit the meth with everything you got and repeat the process

I just wish people would keep in mind that a diverse range of options need to be available. Not just vertical, overpriced townhomes. We need townhomes, apartments, condos, 5-over-1s, etc.

I’ve been outright told in other subreddits that disabled people who can’t use stairs are basically expendable and should be forced out into the suburbs where they have no transportation and no access to any of the services they need, just because it’s “too much effort” to build high-density housing that is also ADA-compliant or at least doesn’t having living spaces separated by stairs.

The certificate of title and and certificate of registration are two different documents. The title records the ownership of the vehicle, the registration records the current license status.

You should have received the certificate of registration when you licensed the vehicle. That's what you're required to carry. The title should be kept in a safe place - not the car. If It's lost or stolen you'll have to jump through a lot of hoops to replace it.

I just don’t see you having this attitude if you weren’t a motorcycle rider. If the US would get over its abiding love of the motor vehicle and embrace alternative transportation, ie buses, trains etc. our roads probably wouldn’t be nearly as congested.

The registration will arrive with your plate tabs. It’s a greenish color. Make sure you sign it too. Don’t carry the vehicle title with you in the vehicle. Lock it up in a fire safe.

Or, and hear me out, motorcyclists can be adults like the people in cars and wait their turn like everyone else. Motorcyclists aren’t special and don’t deserve a free pass to weave dangerously because waiting hurts their feelings.

It's hard to get both sides happy. The commerical side wants lots of cars and traffic for customers. The residents want peace and quiet. Then there is a very limited range of acceptable businesses. You'd have difficulty putting a dog daycare in due to noise. It's gotta be small, low traffic and quiet. There are only so many vets, daycare, clinics, coffee shops and corner stores an area can sensibly have. Then they charge too much and the commerical space stays empty for a year and looks terrible.

Because not everyone wants to own/can own?

If there aren't any rental properties, people would have to buy or be homeless. And if everyone is only allowed one property, there would not be any rentals.

It would really suck for new immigrants and those struggling.

I don't get what you aren't understanding here.

Definitely stop at the border. They get testy if you don't.

After that, LaConnor would be a nice place for lunch and a stretch of the legs. I'm an airplane geek, so there's the Museum of Flight at Boeing Field in Seattle. Olympia for a look at the State Capitol. There are factory stores in Chehalis, but you may do better on prices in Portland, with no sales tax (if you plan to ship a bit).
