Big yikes if you think you’ll be able to make it up a mountain…

I tried but only made it a mile, too hard to walk on the rocky sand!

Are you aware of just how much snow is in most areas of the mountains? Literal feet

Also did it once, glad I had the experience. It is a loooong walk/hike. Recommend you bring water and lunch.

Yes very nice area my grandparents live in Northport so i do spend some time in that area. If you are ever up in that corner of the state make the trek to the small town of Metaline Falls. Nearby is Crawford state park and Gardener Cave system that has free guided tours. I find this area very peaceful almost whimsical. It hidden gem for sure.

That's how the majority of the volunteers get out there, from Landing Park.

It's pretty damn clear that this photo wouldn't have been possible if the train was moving. Jesus christ, you were patronizing and condescending about something you were completely wrong about, so you double down with this.
What a piece of shit.

Some wildlife refuges do have roads in them, just FYI. Ridgefield, for example.

That brings back memories. We partied there in the early 90s.

I’d camp at the coast this time of the year, not on a mountain. It’s snowy on these mountains and the gear you’d need I don’t think you’d have readily available for such conditions.
One of my favorite places to camp any time of the year is salt creek recreation area.

I did the trek several years ago. Definitely pay attention to the tide tables and plan accordingly. It's a gorgeous journey!
