You need to be more specific, and with recommendations on how to fix things. This is a useless letter because they can't do anything with the very vague and lol filled statements.

I grew up in a forest much like the one pictured, about twenty minutes from the coast and the boarder.
I'm kind of confused by this comment, because my home is SURROUNDED by sword ferns. I just googled licorice fern, and while it looks similar, it's not much more similar than any of the other dozens of fern species.
Is it common for people to make this mistake?

Which barred some working class unions in its rolls out. Definitely helped out working class people.

They're intended to refund the sales tax, which is a regressive tax.
Perhaps we should lobby for subsidized childcare or public full day pre-k.

It's a brand new credit, targeted at the working poor. There are several projects to help all workers, such as the family leave system.

One of the most potent memories I have was driving to Leavenworth with my family a few years ago, only I chose to drive alone in my own car. I love them but I will never regret driving alone, watching a view like this go by listening to the Skyrim soundtrack.

If lucky, you'll get a letter back in 6 to 9 months that won't address any issues raised.
Also, use the active voice next time.

It surprised me too! There were plenty of licorice ferns and leathery polypodys but these really caught my eye

Thanks everyone. Sometimes I get lucky. I've taken quite a few road trips and sunrise pictures the last few years. It's easy to get epic scenery (North Cascades, Mt. Baker, Mt. Rainier, ocean, etc etc etc), but sometimes the light and the fog just work.
FYI it's on Hwy 2, south of Coles Corner and Winton. Go forth and have fun taking pictures.
I actually went back a few days later (I like road trips and taking pictures). Got to this spot ~30 minutes later because I went to Lake Wenatchee for sunrise. The fog was different, I got a couple OK shots, but not as good as this one.

Lots of practice! What do you feel makes it hard for you to get the photo you're envisioning?

Cool.
I find forest photography to be very tough. Sometimes the moss, ferns, branches, etc...will catch my eye, but getting a good photo is hard for me.

They use federal earned income tax credit as the baseline for this credit. Basically if you are eligible for the EITC you are eligible for the WA tax credit. EITC is meant to help those most in need (and especially those with kids). EITC doesn’t account for the cost of living difference just as our federal tax code generally doesn’t.

Those numbers wouldn't even make up for a month of childcare.

So if you are below the poverty level of income and pay no taxes, we send you tax credit!
So basically as with the federal eitc… welfare in disguise.
And as far as having paid taxes in sales tax… if someone is making this little income, very unlikely they are paying as much in sales taxes in a year as this credit provides
