It largely depends on the weather. I've been there in the winter when the parking lot was full, and I've been in the summer when there are only a handful of people. If the weather is nice (especially if it's warmer), chances are there will be quite a few people there, but you at least won't see as many people in March or November as you will later in the year.

Not highly experienced with that beach at that time of year but I think it’s something like this, perhaps less crowded. (Apologies in advance for any divisive expression.)

I figured it out, but it still doesn't make any sense. I was using the auto fill that I had saved, so I figured that must be the right login. Turns out they have a bunch of login names tied to my email? So I figured I would try to make a new one, since apparently it's let me make a bunch of new ones in the past, and went through the create account process and and told me I couldn't because I already have an account tied to that SSN, and gave me THAT username (one I hadn't tried before). So I reset the password for that one and logged in fine.
Weird thing is it let me reset the passwords for two other user names. Makes no sense

It's always been buggy. Usually takes two login attempts.

Can't speak to Seattle, my driving experience is mostly tacoma, and I was living in Olympia when I had my learners permit. I just avoided being pulled over, plus I'm white and fem appearing so im not likely to be shot or assaulted if I do get pulled over.

Some of those roads out in the middle of nowhere in Eastern Washington are a real interesting drive.

That is at the old mill pond, where elk creek dumps onto the Sullivan river. They are at the parking lot next to the bridge that goes over the, now demolished, mill pond dam.

No pond there now though. I helped tear it down about 4 or 5 years ago and do a bunch of habitat restoration. Locals weren't happy, but I suspect they aren't ever happy with any type of change

Legally speaking it has to be a driver with 5 consecutive years of driving. Somebody that young and inexperienced is not the best to learn from.
I'd recommend reaching out to the drive schools for practice. You don't need to sign up for their $200+ packages that include testing and all that nonsense. Just practice driving. See if any of them have programs for low income or immigrants—you won't know till you ask.
After you feel confident , you can then test with the DoL for $35 (which covers knowledge test and drive test, as long as you pass the knowledge test).

“Hi friend”… don’t call her your friend and then immediately tell her to get mental professional help. Don’t critique someones work if they aren’t asking for it, period. And don’t normalize it. People post their art to share it with the world NOT to receive any type of criticism (unless it is blatantly asked for). You wouldn’t tell someone how to do their job, same applies for this.

yes we’ve all seen your reply. the thing is, when enough people behave poorly and it adds up over time while we bottle that sadness and anger we feel, we’re bound to explode or let ourselves be emotional at some point. we reserve the right to call others out for being assholes. why should we always stay calm if we’re not the ones in the wrong???

As I wrote in another thread:
You can’t control other people and how they behave, you can only control your own feelings and how you react…

you lot need to understand that artists can still feel wounded and hurt by critiques from people even if they mean well and that they do not have to remain professional about every piece they make at all times. it’s still a passion and a hobby. literally all anyone is saying is to stop giving unwanted advice because it’s not gonna help anyone.

It's unasked for criticism. OP worked really hard on that piece, and someone coming in to give their unsolicited advice without saying anything good about it must be disheartening.
If an artist didn't ask for criticism when showing off a work they're proud of, it's rude to give them it.

hi “friend” it’s only constructive criticism if op asked for it. if you think it’s normal for a stranger to give their unwanted opinion on a piece op never claimed was perfect nor ever asked for opinions on, you need to get your head out of your ass. i apologize if i have inadvertently hurt your feelings but you must learn to manage critique and unwelcome comments.
