It's like herding cattle... though it keeps people away from the much better hikes maybe 15-20 minutes further on i90

This. I have 60 bucks owed from Wells Fargo almost 20 years ago. They wont just take ID etc they want proof we lived at my moms address where we stayed very briefly and werent part of the utilities or lease. I dont keep junk mail or collections notices from 2008 so im screwed i guess.

Lol in my lilly-white Mormon hometown with great schools middle school kids were regularly caught with weed. Not exactly the best metric of shit schools. Teens smoke weed.

TRAFFIC in Hawaii is a godamn nightmare. You go in, and they’ll print you a temp DL on paper, then you’ll get your real one in the mail.

I’d even take Bremerton over Shelton. The crime rate is about the same. More to do and less redneck and Podunk. At least in Bremerton, you can hop on the ferry to Seattle to spend a day.

The three worst are Snohomish, Spokane, and Cowlitz.

It's a depressing, run down, and racist dying town but the crime is generally small time stuff. Not a place I'd ever suggest living or trying to raise a family in

Am I missing something? I drove from Gig Harbor to Portland yesterday afternoon. I drove around last night looking for a place to get some food and everything was closed. I went to Vancouver and then back to Portland this morning. The bridge was backed up forever but I didn’t see the amounts of snow a lot of people are mentioning.

I think that the discovery pass was specifically for the parking at the iron horse trail parking (the one with the tiny roundabout before the yellow gates) as they’ve had that requirement for the past like 15 years. I don’t think they’ve expanded it to the general parking at either the main Rattlesnake Lake parking section or the watershed but I can’t say for sure as I haven’t visited since summer.

Interesting, I did not know that. I don't recall seeing signs, but I will be looking next time I go. That being said, I do have a Discovery Pass :).

That's just at the top. There's another 75 on the trail and 40 in the parking lot with 5 people trying to find parking.
