There are definitely fault throughout the region but the main plate where the mega thrust earthquake would be is about 100 miles offshore I believe.

I love it here but the past 2-3 years has me feeling differently about it. We’ll mainly Seattle since that’s where I live and I’m watching it turn to shit everyday.

Yes and no! I’m born and raised here and so 98% of my family is here— if we weren’t so rooted, I might consider a move.

I moved once for work (to Arizona), but couldn’t stand the constant sun/heat.

I love the fresh air (when there’s no wildfire smoke lol), fresh seafood and produce, how green everything is, proximity to water and Canada. I struggle with living here during January and February.

I like Eastern Washington . 4 seasons, mountains, rivers and streams and best of all less people. High taxes that include a very high gas tax are a big negative. Tough to be a small business owner
