I had actually found a website that creates the POA form for you with the details you enter and filled it out and signed in front of a notary and two witnesses. I don’t know if it’s gonna work but it was the safest bet. Thank you for trying to help though!

I work in auto licensing, I’d just make sure you’re describing the duties you need them to do so they’ll accept it & they’re always so weird about who’s paying for what so that’s why I added that part. Church it up a lil though & spell out POA

I ___________________residing at ______________give limited POA to ____________on this date:________to perform any and all duties on my behalf regarding obtaining, signing, reviewing documents and making payment to Washington state department of licensing

Hey. So besides calling local shelters, have you tried any of like the Tacoma groups?? Or surrounding Pierce County groups even by chance? I know here in Snohomish, we have a few called like the “Snohomies” or something dumb. Wouldn’t be shocked if there was a Tacomies one too lol.

But no. In all seriousness. Post him to some of the local FB groups. Even just a “lost/found dogs in Tacoma” group. You may be able to track him down quicker there!

Basically, my dad is a piece of shit, did not treat this dog right at all. I’d come down from Seattle to Tacoma every so often to help train him. He got rid of him because he kept chewing on stuff in his backyard and digging holes, this was a couple months ago around November-December time frame. My dad and I’s relationship is non-existent because like I stated earlier, he’s a pos. I’ve made multiple attempts to communicate with him about this matter and I get stonewalled each time, even asking my mom to talk to him to which he still remains tight lipped on the matter. The only Information I have is he gave him away to some farm but my intuition tells me that’s complete bullshit. This is the third dog he’s given away within a decade and it’s just so strange to me, why get a dog if you’re not gonna be responsible for it? Anyways, any info would help substantially.
