Im sure in that communist state you can probably have him shot! No, wait cant have guns there...Maybe you can hang him. Seriously who was there first? he is entitled to do whatever he want on his property if it is zoned for it. I've never really understood why someone wants to live on larger lots then complains because the neighbors have livestock... Now, dont go all WOKE on me this is just my opinion as you are entitled to yours.

Mail plane pilots used to fly open cockpit Biplanes up the river in the dark in bad weather at 200 feet above the river being guided by nothing more than burning oil drums acting as beacons.

Downtown Camas is a great stroll with bars, restaurants etc. Nuestra Mesa, Feast 316, Birch Street Pub, GOW and Caps&Taps are all great. Plus, some great hiking/walks along the LaCamas Trail.

When are you planning on visiting? Mount Rainier is only open for weekends currently, and the trails are all under snow.
I’d recommend going to Cape Disappointment and Long Beach. Or down the Oregon coast to Cannon Beach.

Multnomah Falls is cool
Eat on the Vanvouver waterfront (like Twigs) and miles of paved walk.
Drive HWY 14 east to Stevens (scenic drive)

For hiking, Cape Horn trail is my favorite nearby trail. There's also Hamilton and a bit further east on 14 there's Gillette Lake and Wind Mountain.

I live and am from Long Beach, CA, (yeah lol) and I was up there visiting a friend recently moved and now lives in Ocean Park in December. She took me to LB. Fun times. Very similar vibe like my LB. I’ll be back up there soon to explore more of that great peninsula. Already did a long run on the beach. My friend has two kids so still wanna do go karts and the arcade at the amusement park.

Me, too. Twice a year, almost always the Fourth of July, and then some random other week or long weekend.

You’ll need reservations but Dediko is a Georgian restaurant in downtown that is very good. It’s right next to treat which also has great ice cream.
The waterfront area is good for wine tasting, food selection is so so. If you are here after mid March, the farmers market on weekends is great to find a local memento to remind you of your trip. Pop local is down on the waterfront and also has a really nice selection of local items that just don’t fall into the tourist junk category which is nice.

Explore and dine on the new(ish) Vancouver Waterfront (short walk from Amtrak station.)
Also, nearby Downtown and uptown village neighborhoods. La Bottega and Ice Cream Renaissance are 2 of my favorites.
Check out the Fort (also nearby)
Beacon Rock for Hiking.
