Idaho for sure. We spent millions on Idahoan welfare during the pandemic due to healthcare travelers as they refused to treat the pandemic as it deserved to be treated.

Yeah… I dropped mine off and called the cops on the lifted super duty parked right next to the drop box plastered in Trump stickers. Turns out he was just “resting” in the parking lot… for six hours.

The needles only last that long once they turn yellow. The next wind storm knocks them off. The trees themselves are fine and are not short-lived.

Yeah, I can understand that you aren't feeling good about the choices.
Unfortunately they have made things so polarizing these last few years that it really comes down to wanting either more 'tRump' like garbage or the other side.
Even voting for a "moderate" GOP candidate is a still another for their side.

I also think people are more wary of their ballots being stolen or fucked with. I know I’m more inclined than I ever used to be to go drop off my ballot in person.
This year I mailed because I wanted to get it in sooner than later, but not everyone knows you can check your ballot status online.
Hopefully we get a bit more of a wave from in-person drop offs.

Thank you. I did too, and yes, though life can be tiresome and stressful, we can rest easier in the knowledge that we at least showed up in this small yet significant way. My sibling hasn't voted yet, probably can't be bothered to, and it upsets me a lot.

When are you going? It makes a difference because of the passes that are closed. If it is in the summer, and you go over 20, I would stop in Winthrop or Twisp. Pearrygin Lake State Park is near Twisp. Leavenworth and Chelan area also great stops. I also really like Bridgeport State Park on the Columbia near Brewster WA. You can filter to find parks with the camping facilities you need and see places to stop at https://maps.northwestportal.com/outdoors

I dropped my ballot in the mail today. I feel a little bad for not doing it sooner, knowing that it probably won't be counted by tomorrow night, but it will be received and counted.

My advice is to vote for issues not candidates. Pick your top issues and see who is closest to your position on them. Also don't let the perfect be the enemy of good.
