I'm not even sure how we could defend hundreds of remote substations and thousands of miles of lines. Even a massive surveillance network probably wouldn't get authorities there in time to catch anyone.

Can confirm. It is a great place. Between them and the Snoqualmie Falls Brewery there is great beer within stumbling around distance here in The Valley.
