Are you taking about the coding on the accident report or something written in the narrative? The alcohol coding on the report refers to chemical tests (breath, blood) after a DUI arrest is made, not roadside sobriety tests.

I had the WSP falsify a recovered stolen vehicle report because they let go from their impound yard before the towing company bill was paid. They fucked up then filled out a report after the fact. These guys have some huge credibility problems.

Get a lawyer, file a request for dash and body cam footage of the incident.

If you can catch a cop in a lie you have a good chance of them dropping all charges. Better yet, if you catch a cop in a lie it brings doubt about all the previous cases they’ve been a part of..

There is a lot to the east. Once you get out of the Spokane metro area head for the hills. Lots of huckleberry (and the occasional bear) so just be careful. Spokane can be a great place and it can also suck just like anywhere else. You are not far from incredibly beautiful country. Go Zags!

Jesus Christ, the I5 between Gig Harbor and Longview already has an inexplicably large amount of accidents.

Unless they specifically have an accident "report" that only details facts about the accident. But doubtful. I am not sure who to bring this up to, but is not a good sign.

Seriously? American driving tests are amongst the easiest in the world. If yiu can get the car moving in the intended direction they'll pass you. Daily real world driving will be MUCH harder than the test.
