I'm surprised nobody has sued them for lying about going out of business. The little I recall from my college classes is that this practice is illegal and stores have been sued over it.

If the victims know each other, it could be someone they knew who did it because they knew where they’d be at that time. If the victims were wearing some sort of gang symbols, it could be gang related. If the victims did not know each other that well or if it was random (the person didn’t have any reason to shoot all of them/nobody knew they’d be there/etc.) we may have a bigger issue on our hands. Then again anyone that shot six people and is on the run doesn’t have much to lose.

Article also didn’t specify how many people were at this afterparty, 8 people, 30 people, or 100 people. All of these factors make a difference.

The news article makes it sound like a cake walk, just saying. No mention of if people should be concerned because it was random, if all of the victims know each other, etc.

I’ve realized people in Massachusetts really don’t care about something unless it happens to them, a child, etc. Same with the drinks getting laced en masse in MA. But yeah, it’s a them problem - not an us problem.

how do you expect them to have a suspect unless they have witnesses, footage(which that area doesnt have cameras) and they dont have anyone in custody yet. think for a min the page said they dont even have a description of the person so yes it is a concern but i dont think it was random
