I'd recommend finding a house rather than a complex. The complexes vary vastly in quality; any property should be toured, but especially those complexes (and many won't want to give them to you). House example 1, example 2.

Thank you, that's great advice! We're hoping to not be there for too long (1-2 years) but I think it's still good to know about the history of rent increases

One thing to keep in mind as well, is what company manages those complexes. You should contact either the realtor if there is one, or the main office and ask. You should also check to see how often and how much rent increases are for the past 5 years or so.
You don't want to move into a place that has a bad management company or you see your rent increase too much every year.

A gun buy back program is a small stepping stone in the bigger picture of gun reform. To truly stop/prevent crime from happening is to make it easier to follow the rules then to not, this would happen by implementing stronger social safety nets that allow people more finical mobility i.e more funding in public transportation, nationalized housing (fuck the privatization of housing), FREE healthcare etc.
hope this made sense. if you have question feel free to ask

Do those buybacks have a positive effect on gun crime though? If I were a gun-owning criminal I would just get some sweet government money for my defective guns and keep my working guns for crimes.

I don’t remember where but I’m LGBTQ and in a town near Worchester, if you are willing to go for a small ride I recommend capelli avanti, my hairdresser is named Angel and she does a great job (she does my “under cut”)

I wonder how many of these guys got up on the roof and were shocked at how much bigger than bear is close up, versus how big it looks when you're driving past it on 290.

Most seem cool, i don't think you'd walk in to any barber and they have some 50's style "straights only" signs up.
