This is a good idea. Didn’t think about going down that avenue. Cheers mate!

Can’t be good for the engine to advance the timing so it backfires.

The irony is that I drive a camry 😂. Is it that bad with a sedan or just recommended that 4wd/awd is the way to go?

Cheers mate. Seems to be the place to search in and around at. Don’t need the city life standard of living but proximity is important to me. Thanks for the insight!

Lol I hear ya. I am BIPOC but I’ve spent a week in New England every year for the last 6 and have been always been treated really well. Never had any issue there thankfully but I get what’s you’re saying! Good looking out on the food! Are you recommending Canada Goose or just a decent, heavier coat? 😂

Where are you planning to work,? That would decide on where you should look South of Worcester or west will help you decide what works for you.

Bull Run in Shirley has few venues and has offered a Micro wedding. Kinda rustic, but decorated nicely, covered bridge, decent food. They also use the Farandaway farm.

All season tires and front wheel drive are sufficient unless you live on a steep road on one of Worcester's hills. I prefer AWD myself

Very different places. I live north of Worcester but go to Plano a decent amount. Apples and oranges

Harrington Farns 2024 Price Package
Bit on the more expensive side, but on par with the cost of most venues around. They just break down the total cost in different ways.
We've looked at about 9 places in Mass, NH and Vermont over the past 8 months.
If OP wants any advice feel free to DM me. I can share some pricing from a few different venues.
The nicest place we've found venue wise compared to cost had minimal fees, no minimum guest count even on Saturdays and Sundays, only a $18,000 food and beverage minimum for Saturdays (even less off days / season and on unrented nearby dates or less popular dates .. (Friday the 13th, New Years Eve, etc..). It's 25ish minutes outside of Worcester a bit past Treehouse Brewing.

But if you can get a 2 bedroom for the same budget in a safe place, Im sure OP can make use of an office

My school used to do graduations and prom at Mechanic's Hall. It's a beautiful space and I can see it working well for a wedding. I don't believe it has it's own parking. There are many lots and garages nearby, but they cost money and they are first come first serve. So that would definitely be a factor.

I have an Airbnb in Holden. A private 1 BR apartment. I’ve currently blocked out from July on this year so it’s available after June. But message me I can make you a reasonable deal for a couple months while you get settled. 15 - 20 min from Tatnuck CC and Wachusett CC. 3 min from Holden Hills.

So if a thousand renters made $149000 in 2015 and $151000 in 2020, they would be included in the increase?

01609, look for listings near WPI, Worcester State and Tatnuck Square, or Newton Square. In MA “squares”. Are the neighborhoods within a few blocks of a named intersection.

$1600 is reasonable for a 1 BR. Too bad my apts in Holden are occupied, I’d cut a deal for some instruction.

Moved here from CA, someone legit tried to hit and run my car that was parked in a parking lot while I was coming out of the store. Then when I stopped them for their information, they acted like it wasn't their fault and maybe I parked wrong when my car was inbetween the lines and right in front of the security camera.

If you’re talking about Plano, TX then yeah, totally different! I live south of Plano in Dallas proper so looking for a place to live has been a challenge.
