We were allowed their work phones at night four in a room at a time but never personal phones.

The no phone thing must be new. They allotted time in the morning and at night to use personal phones when I went back in 2019.

Washburn does detox and has a sober living facility on a different campus. Right off main south. I believe the detox building was once for elderly care or something similar.

I've been, it's nice and clean. They have great food. I was lucky enough to get a single bedroom but most have four beds each. I forget how many meetings a day but they are mandatory and they do keep your phone the whole time you are there.

I’m a super noob so I’m not sure if I’m the best person to start one though I was thinking about it.

I did like Barnes and Noble. I was never a Boarders fan.

I thought the Washburn house is for Elderly care and not drugs. My ex wife used to work there. Unless they went a totally different way which considering it is a private facility I don't think so. If you're looking for detox look into AdCare or spectrum health (not the cable company)

Yeah exactly, really not that bad. It’s a city.

I think for being the second largest city in New England these stats don’t seem too bad.

But you can wear sandals and other open-toed shoes? Makes no sense. It's an issue because people are weird.

I loved the big box variety like Borders and B&N. The internet killed a lot of brick and mortar operations but one would think there's a big enough niche to support book stores. Perhaps Borders would have done better if they offered craft beer, ax throwing, free arcade games and trivia nights.

Yes! There's a wide range of skill levels, and beginners are definitely welcome.
