Birchtree bread company for the food. Plus they've got Wachusetts new brewery right down stairs.

I've heard Antonios pizza is also great for the game, but I've never been for a football game.

Because flights into Boston are generally much more expensive and you're only losing an hour flying into Worcester and hopping over to the commuter rail.

Not everyone has a ton of cash to fly out of wherever is closest to them. I've driven to Rhode Island for flights when they were more expensive out of Worcester even though that's only 10min from my house.

Whiskey on waters, mercantile, and ralphs are were my friends go who like going out at night. I'm not a big night life guy myself so can't say personally but they seem to frequent those 3 places.

I was in whiskeys about a year ago for a 21st bday. If you’re into that club vibe go for it. I’m an old dog at this point so I prefer to go to Vincent’s and listen to live music. Marine corps league has been good for live music as well although you should get there early since the band has to play inside now.

If you want a more sports bar/brunch mix than what has been suggested, try the Tavern on the Square locations. If you just want brunch, the other places suggested are great.

Most Pats game don't happen during brunch hours. And brunches aren't really tailored for the sports crowd. So here's a list of brunch spots in no particular order. You can search this subreddit for other responses to brunch questions too.
