Yes. You would need another frame of reference to compare the time dilation.

Yes you have to speed up to get to a higher orbit but then your orbital speed is slower.

is the US omicron booster effective against BF.7 variant?
how deadly and how transmissible is the BF.7 strain compared to other strains? I think Delta was the deadliest right?
As far as inhaled vaccine? Has this gone through FDA testing in the US? Is it just as effective as a shot?

You can get similar reactions with chlorine, fluorine, and some compounds of them such chlorine triflouride. Indeed ClF3 will combust with oxides such as sand and asbestos.
You can get combustion with various oxygen-containing compounds too, such as nitrous oxide.

To what extent could it be said that the distribution of dark matter changes the effective dimensionality of our galaxy? I ask this because, in contrast to typical circular orbits in our 3+1 dimensional spacetime, which slow with increasing radius, all circular orbits around a given mass in 2+1 dimensional gravity (attenuating at 1/d^1) share the same velocity. Is this coincidental?

Our brains weren’t designed to comprehend the scope of social media, global travel, and biased media sources, let alone all of them acting in concert with conflicting interests to the survival of the species. To make it worse, some of the best minds on the planet have been corrupted for decades, their work product going to disinformation instead of science that might have slowed or stopped the climate catastrophe that is humanity’s growth.

“Controlling the blood” is what buffers do (for blood pH).
Buffers don’t split water into H3O+ and OH-, that happens from stomach acid… buffers are in your blood… (and water has already been split into H3O+ and OH- before those molecules get to the buffers).

There's no bet about it. It does damage to our vascular system. From there they have seen damage to nearly every organ. Evidence of it damaging our immune systems as well. The fact that the world took its foot off the research funding gas pedal will needlessly cost the world countless lives and trillions of dollars in health care costs. We're just so damn flawed as a species to be so short-sighted.

Woa thats cool, thanks for the explanation! If im understanding this correctly, the OH- and H3O+ molecules formed from water by the buffer basically serve to control the pH of your blood?

You can't see the photons going away from you. The only way to measure the speed of light is by round-trip -- ie. stick a mirror out there and let the photons come back, and measure round-trip time.
... but I'm sure you see where this is going -- if the speed outward was faster, the return trip will be slower, canceling out the difference.
Now, you could stick an observer out there to try and measure the transit time in one direction... but how do you synchronize your watches without relying on the speed of light? Well, you could sync them before moving apart, but the act of traveling apart will make time pass at different rates for you, so your watches instantly become un-synchronized. The equations you might use to cancel out this desyncing all rely on... the speed of light :-D
