I always thought it was just a regional dialect, or something, people just called them slightly different names.

Yeah it’s surprising I’ve seen more the one pic of possums/opossums on this sub (don’t know which is which) and from different people

I actually hope they don't. I rehab wildlife in the hopes to return them to the wild. That's why I had to work yesterday. I post to hopefully educate people on why they shouldn't have these as a pet.
