This is awesome.

My wife and I build insulated shelters using 50 gallon storage bins from Home Depot and foil insulation. We then wire them up with heated blankets and regular blankets, and put cameras and motion/temperature sensors in them.

Last year we maxed out with a family of 6 kitties all snuggled up in the box over the winter. Was so heartwarming to see.

Reply to This is Bunny's (13) first time on my bed after I adopted her. At first, she didn't know what it was. But, as you can see, she found out quickly. Bunny went comatose a few seconds after this picture. by mimi7600

I'm a cat shelter volunteer. Bunny may sleep a lot the first couple of days. Shelter life is really stressful and when they are realizing they are now safe in a loving home, it happens a lot. I remember a man who called me because his cat slept for 6 hours straight :) He was worried she was sick.
