Female cats can mate with multiple males whilst in heat, 1 specific male cat (unless under strict supervised pairings) could be the father of 1 kitten and each other kitten could also have different fathers.
So whilst your pictured clowder has 1 male in the group - he might not be the father of any of Mom cat #3's offspring shown.

Are you checking your work with a comb, with poodles and poodle mixes you have to make sure you are combing/brushing all the way to the skin or the outside can be brushed out with matting/pelting underneath it. Also if you haven't learned already I recommend looking up how to line brush.
