Rocky Point and the Baltimore County card is the best deal close by if you walk. Pilgrims Oak in PA is right about an hour but the best value for the money by a landslide. Ruggles on APG you can walk for like $15 in the offseason. It's not a great course, but for $15 it's worth it just to get out there and play.
