I disagree with that, tbh, unless there's a full on blizzard it seems like all major roadways are typically plowed and salted by ~8AM. Everything is always pretreated beforehand, too.

I’d def see an NP. I’ve had issues with PCP prescribing. They seem uncomfortable with long term medication use so they keep saying they can’t write for me. But they also have no idea how to taper so they basically just say good luck out there.

My husband uses Gladstone psychiatry and it seems to be easy enough to get refills. They have a few locations but he does all his appointments virtually.

2. true poverty? No. I grew up in a household where my father went bankrupt 3 times. We had to cheat on taxes for years to keep bills paid, and eventually got audited/in trouble. Bills such as power barely got paid. We ate, but not well. I had it great compared to people in the inner city.

There is no short term solution that works.
