Thank you for that information. It seems anytime someone trolls me on Reddit they are either a police officer or local aspiring politician. I should have guessed it.

Thank you for doing the actual work! Plus Hippodrome is definitely the best looking for a big special like this. They are really going to pump up the historic nature of this first live comedy special for Netflix. Will probably be a good deal industry crowd.

I have it. It's under 10 a month (have water and sewer both), so not bad.

MEND acupuncture in Canton & Remington do both acupuncture and massage. If you have insurance they accept most. I’m not sure what the cost is without it but I’m sure they can give you that information if you call.

Yes it does. Everyone knows that the juvenile system is a joke and hands out meaningless non-punishments.
> the criminal has a better chance of being rehabilitated.
Ha! Right, and I've got some prime swamp land in Florida to sell you.

It’s one of the better maintained of the fully-separated bike lanes too. Bikemore has a GIS map with labels for all the bike lanes in the city - as you can see, the corridor you’d be biking has a bunch of separated or buffered bike lanes, arguably the best in the city.
Baltimore had something like Bluebike for a bit but the vendor had a huge maintenance backlog and the city just cancelled it. Now we have a hodgepodge of dockless bikes and scooters; I believe it’s Spin, Bird, and Superpedestrian at the moment. (DC’s Capital Bikeshare is a great system, btw - some healthcare plans and employers in DC will subsidize membership, along with transit like Metro and MARC.)
You can bring bikes on the train.

This is really helpful to know about the bike lane thank you. Are there blue bikes there? Or I'd need to bring my own on the train?

I don’t currently take the busses in Baltimore so I’m not an expert. When I would, they weren’t quite as reliable as WMATA, but it’s also a 10-15 minute bus ride on a major route so there’s only so it’s sort of the best case scenario route. I’d defer to others on this.
As far as biking - it’s around 3 miles with a 250ft incline, so I’d leave it up to you to decide if that’s doable. There’s a fully separated bike lane just a block over from Penn Station on Maryland Ave that goes all the way up to that area.

I spent the better part of the morning combing through most of the venues in Baltimore and after ruling out places with listed engagement on March 4th, I'm fairly certain the most likely place is the Hippodrome. I'd imagine that Rock might want to not have too big of a crowd in Jada Pinkett Smith's hometown...🤷🏼♀️
ETA: By no means condoning what happened at the Oscars, just pointing out that it wouldn't be an unreasonable concern for Rock's security team.

I’m breaking a lease now to move to Baltimore. I need to move in a hurry. Rent is $3800. Penalty is 2 months rent, plus 60 day notice. If the room is not resigned within 60 days, I pay for those 2 months. So that’s 4 months rent in total. My moving expenses will be around $2000.
$17,200 just to move to a new city.
Lesson is, don’t ever break a lease if you don’t have to.

Get both the water and sewer line. In one year we had both go. Combined cost without insurance was $13,000 and that did not include landscape improvements after the work was done.
