Volunteer! BARCS is great if you like animals…we are a welcoming group and you can walk dogs (get exercise) and cuddle pups/cats if you need a break from people.

I remember driving at night thru the mountains on i81 when a major storm came and the warning came on the radio. I was in the middle of nowhere. I think since then it’s traumatizing so i have to turn the ambers off but I wish I didn’t have to

not helpful now but i’m also 24f planning on moving to baltimore in 2023 i’ve been browsing some fb groups to try & meet people in the area so i’m not too lonely during the transition a lot of the groups are dmv area

Tell her to talk with the landlord. She needs to ask if she can find someone sooner to rent her room or they find someone sooner to rent the room would she be held to the 90 days. I say this after my experience with breaking a lease. One bedroom apartment in DC. Rent was cheap and it was cleaner than when I moved in. I gave them 30 days notice and they were able to find someone to rent it so I only wound up paying for a week while it was being turned over.
