Yeah, but at the same time if it’s a live-streamed special, I’d think it might lean towards the nicest places as far as tech goes - which if it’s available by then, will be the Arena

Growing up in Westminster, the metro was the shit.
Drive 20mins out to the metro and take it down to the harbor for $3 not having to deal with parking/the drivers was great.

It does go from Johns Hopkins Hospital to downtown. Ownings Mills is somewhat of a destination and starting point. The main problem with the Bmore subway is lack of scale and connectivity.

I have always struggled to accurately describe the Baltimore subway to recent transplants. This is pretty good.

I was in Rochester yesterday and they canceled my 5am flight at 4:55am lol. I had to uber to another city to get one of their last rental cars and just made the drive back. (This was after Amtrak canceled my train lol)

I’m supposed to come back to Baltimore from Dallas tomorrow night but I doubt that flight is happening so I booked an American Airlines flight on Friday as a backup. Thankfully I’m at my mom’s house so being stuck here an extra couple days isn’t the worst thing but I feel for everyone who needs to get back. This entire thing is such a shitshow. I had a bad feeling when I flew to Dallas and saw the mess the Southwest terminal was in BWI last week.

Law in Baltimore heavily favors the lessee. I think if your friend explains the situation to the landlord and asks to break the lease they will likely allow your friend to do so but they may have to stay a month or two while the landlord finds another tenant. Security deposit will likely be forfeited.
