We are approaching a holiday weekend, so definitely get in before end of day tomorrow or you may be SOL until next Wednesday even. That pain is horrible!

As has been mentioned, pulling it is the least expensive option. Do you have dental insurance?

To answer your question, you'll easily see the fireworks on E Pratt at the Harbor. The fireworks are usually done on a barge out in the Harbor itself so anywhere around the Harbor you can see them.

Fells Point shouldn't be an issue either to be honest, as long as you have a good sightline to the Harbor you should be able to see them.

This post made me go look at my own SDAT and it appears that it says my home is a 4 bed 3 bath even though it was sold to me as a 3 bed 3 bath. The room in the finished basement doesn't qualify as a bedroom because there's no egress window. Am I missing something? Should I call them? Anyone have a phone number?

Ours jumped about 10%. It was valued at 262k, now it’s been reassessed for 288k. We paid 270k. Given how things are right now, I wonder if it would even be worth it to appeal. Yeah, it’s more than what we paid but I also think houses of a similar quality and size to ours are selling for at least 300k, if not more right now.

The side roads are Stroads. Keep watching the video, not just the first 2 minutes. You chop up my reply to try to fit your narrative, high speed roads with traffic lights is stroad. Highways and roads don’t have traffic lights. I don’t know why you defend Columbia to a fault, but one trip to it will show you’re wrong.

311 it and forward the 311 # to your councilperson. Your councilperson’s job is to be your champion. If you aren’t getting the same resources from the city as wealthy areas, then either your councilperson isn’t being held to task or your councilperson needs to be fired (voted out of office.)

I challenged and we settled in the middle, in-between the price we bought it for and their original assessment. We bought one of the cheapest houses in the neighborhood so their algorithm/formula pushed our houses value up. For example, we have a “bathroom” that’s really just a toilet and a wall in the basement. But in their system it’s a bathroom. Also our basement isn’t finished but in their system it was

I lived in barclay off 23rd for 5 years. There is honestly more sex work in the neighborhood than violent crime. I never felt like I was in danger walking home from bars late at night, and felt a real sense of community from my neighbors up and down the block.

Feel free to ask me more about the neighborhood, I loved it and if I never left Baltimore would still live there

Sheeeiiittt. Come over to W Pratt. They replaced lines a few years and still haven’t resurfaced and probably never will. Priority will go to the wealthier neighborhoods.
