I just had a picture of poor work and an invoice for someone to go back and fix poor work. It’s a judge, so it’s not a hard standard. You just convince one person. If he didn’t have insurance he wouldn’t have a license. Permits were pulled as well but the judge didn’t really ask for that because it probably wasn’t relevant to the fact he didn’t do a good job.

In the most non judgmental way possible. Aberdeen is seen as lower middle class/working class. If that works for you, great. You'd probably stand out if you did your weekly grocery shopping driving a luxury vehicle and wearing high end clothing.

Check out the Baltimore Humor IG page. Obviously it's satire. But a lot of the people who live in the area's they talk about have a good laugh at it and don't get offended. It will tell you a lot about the reputations of the greater Baltimore area.

Totally agree that “Hampden is too crowded” is BS. Classic NIMBYism and why there is a housing shortage. Is there a link to the current plans that’s public?

I think the plan is shit and they should develop inclusive of the chimney and building that are currently there, but the idea there should be no development because Hampden is too crowded is a fucking joke. This is a city.

If it appraised at the price you paid you can’t expect them to lower it and you should have been prepared for the increase. If the homestead credit has kicked in for you the bill only increases 4% every year.
