Interesting. We were not allowed to go down the library aisles but the bar was set up.in a lovely gallery. I just loved the setting.

I looked at that place for my wedding reception, while beautiful, there are too many restrictions due to the historic preservation of the building. For example, no red wine (in case of spills on the original flooring), very limited access for where guests are allowed to go in the library etc

And you might as well pick up a library card at the Pratt Central Branch while you're near by! 😊 It's also a beautiful building that should be seen at least once.

I was a day late and had a late fee. Now I have the due date in my calendar and monthly budget.

It's a great school. And a great library.

One of the most beautiful spots in Baltimore City. I went to a wedding reception there years ago and it was just stunning. Glad you got to experience this gem <3

Reply to comment by [deleted] in is it worth applying for a realtor managed rental if you barely meet the triple policy? by Deadmanjustice
You can also search for properties with rental licenses (at least in the county). This has the added benefit of screening out landlords who aren't legit.

realtors don't manage the property, they just list them and show them. The listing agent represents either the owner or the owner's property manager. You can get your own realtor to show you places if you want to; I don't think it costs you anything.
You might be appealing to an owner because it sounds like your income is very reliable. If the rest of your application shows well, I bet many owners/managers would be fine with the income.
Also, there are a bunch of posts here you can find via search of people recommending various property management companies.

Oh so you can leave out and come back in? That's cool. I'm not a coffee drinker at all so Zeke's is no interest to me

No, but they do have free coffee. Zeke’s, IIRC.
Also, there are several options for snacks/lunch on that block if you need anything.

Oh ok, is there a cafe inside? I don't mind going there at some point but for $20 I need my money's worth.

Yeah it’s so cruel for people to abandon pets. This is why shelters exist!
