I took a tour of the Bromo Seltzer Tower and they said they rent art studios. Looks like they advertise 30 spaces on their website.

Solid recs, but we're more looking for just a work space, not a living space

We have two types of busses, but they’re both full length. Both are being used. Is that what you mean?

Nelson Kohl apartment complex and the City Arts apartments 1 & 2 are artists specific housing in order rent rent you have to show proof of portfolio and rent is based of your work (or something to that effect). They’re in Station north/greenmount west. There’s several other artist designated apartment complexes in the certified “art districts” I believe the Bromo Tower apartments are also.

The local ska punk band Stacked Like Pancakes may be playing some shows this winter. Not positive though. Might be work checking out their social media to see.

I dunno how long it's been since you lived in the Copycat, but take it off your list. During the pandemic it was discovered that Charlie doesn't have a rental license and can't legally collect rent. The building is mostly empty now and is even more of a clusterfuck than it used to be, which is really saying something.

Baltimore Showspace tumblr account. You might have to do some research on the bands themselves but fliers for a lot of smaller shows that are more likely to have punk and ska bands on them are in there.

Try Zen West I think that venue has some shows coming up and of not the Ottobar or Baltimore Soundstage should.

No I am not and I am not revealing that kind of information on Reddit. I am just happy to be a new employee of the conservatory.

Did you ever get the full-length buses back in service (outside of the diesel-generated electrics, those were useless in the snow)?

I saw the article about green paint in the buffer space. Visibility is great, but are these lanes actually protected, or just divided? By that I mean do they have bollards or some other obstacle physically preventing cars from entering the bike lane?
^(Also, yeesh, Baltimore DOT has its own Reddit account? You guys have more social media presence in one finger than half of Maryland's state-level agencies have in the whole agency. I'm kinda jealous.)
