They do zero upkeep. Look at the bike lanes on north ave. It’s a maze of broken trash. The 28th st bridge barrier has been hit multiple times. Zero effort has been put into fixing em. In 5 years , without maintenance, our bike lanes will be temp parking or debris fields.

this is a dreamscape. Biking around the city in the time between the bike race and reopening to traffic was amazing. We have such a flat and well populated city.
Glad the contractors got it done. Apparently it was a spaghetti of pipes underneath the asphalt. Pipes dating back hundreds of years.

You might have some luck inquiring about space in the 4000 Buena Vista Avenue building in Medfield/Hampden. I have a woodshop there, and there is a lot of unused space that the owner is eager to fill.

Feed the Scene books ska shows around here, Transcendent Events books pop punk, both worth checking out for your purpose. Others have mentioned BaltShowPlace, that's the only real resource for show listings around here.

I have a studio space at Crown Industrial. I like it, but their management definitely isn't the most responsive . If you're interested, I'd recommend just going there and seeing if you can catch someone in the office.
