Starbucks will definitely hire you. Additionally, look into serving, host/hostess, or busser/dishwasher positions in hospitality.

It’s unfortunate you may be displaced…. But, development isn’t an inherently bad thing, right?

Nah, just the one on Washington Blvd- I’m recommending the OP hit the 2nd Avenue Thrift Store on 198 across from the Home Depot/Amish market cause it’s massive.

Whoops I just noticed you said your lease is month-to-month. If that's the case, 60 days is more notice they owe you, they're simply choosing not to renew your lease and there's probably nothing you can do. That's literally the nature of a month-to-month lease.

Hey, I know someone else in your building dealing with this! What does your lease say? Some leases have a clause that says something like "in the event the building is sold to a new owner this lease is invalid". If there ISNT a clause that SPECIFICALLY says the lease terminates when the building is sold, the new owner is legally obligated to finish out your current lease - meaning that the eviction would be unlawful. Additionally, removing access to a parking lot provided by your lease would be illegal. I'm not a lawyer but you can post to r/legaladvice for more specific help. Baltimore has a couple tenants rights groups you can find by Google ng. But the most important thing is to READ YOUR LEASE and see what it says.

Check and make sure they have the proper and up to date rental licensing and permits. If not legally you don’t have to pay rent and they aren’t legally allowed to receive rent payments. They will also be fined and written a citation.

There's two PTs in Laurel? When I googled, came up with 1 on Washington Blvd - was Amvets a million years ago.
That store, I went down to before Xmas and the men's section was okay. Dunno your size OP but it looked like it was overloaded on small/medium stuff, large was eh, anything over that was a Hail Mary.

Or their car is unregistered, they don't have a valid license, or if they simply think they can get out fast enough that they can get away with it

The article is terrible, almost everything reported in it is wrong (the bike lane network plan was actually supposed to be completed this year, and is from 2017, for example). There's no updated or new plan since that one had basically zero progress.

Culinary Adventures in Pigtown has all that stuff! They have a chacuterie counter (even vegan chacuterie) and a cold section with cheeses, sausages and frozen seafood.

Then you probably know good people 😉
We all realize that getting pushed out is inevitable, and want to ensure fair treatment. I’m not surprised by the chain of events, but their tone throughout communication has been disrespectful.
