I know I’m getting downvoted but it’s true.
Scramble is heroin mixed with quinine and whatever else they muster up in gel capsules. 95 percent of what’s sold in Baltimore corners is scramble. ( of course now days it’s mostly fentanyl )
Its literally the steamed crabs covered in old bay of drugs but almost even more localized to city limits.
THE MORE YOU KNOW

This chart is not relevant to this discussion. DC is a first tier city. This is a r/Baltimore sub. Baltimore is a second tier city. Which second tier American city does light rail work?

Pedestrians, from Baltimore, have a 6th sense about crossing the street just in time for the light to turn green and hold up traffic.

You can't build a light rail with electrified third rail cars, that requires RoW separation.
So yeah, if the light rail had been built in a tunnel as HRT it would've been a lot more useful. Which is exactly my point, the Red Line shouldn't be LRT.

Are the ingredients some cheese and some port wine?

This just gave me memory whiplash. Used to love going to the Middleborough Inn with my parents, because they always served port wine cheese prior to dinner.
I know you can buy it at the grocery store. Not the same but it's something.

When you are walking your dog and just find some random crab legs on the street. Happened all the time in Downtown and Mount Vernon when I lived over there.

And you sound like you don’t understand the greater implications of how societies are structured. Enjoy being a troll. ✌🏻

Ok, but this beside the point? If the LR would've been built with the same care as the metro, it'd have been a lot more useful.

Plenty of people do well in life and don't get as butthurt as you appear to be about voluntary transactions performed by legal aged adults. You might want to figure out why you get so mad at things that don't involve you. It sounds like a psychological hangup.

Philly's trolleys are fine, largely because they've got the benefit of a far more robust network around them. Also in general, Baltimore has much longer light cycles than Philly or DC, so even trolleys getting delayed in traffic is less noticeable.
