I love Pasta Mista. It's probably not the very best in the city, but its my favorite for the money.

Fuck no, it's not Tagliata, unless your wife is after the most mediocre overpriced Italian food in the city. Even setting aside the fact that it's Atlas, it's just not very good.

DiPasquale's doesn't have chicken parm but they have veal or eggplant parm and everything they do is delicious.

I buy like 2 little tubs of it whenever it's on sale. It's FANTASTIC with Utz Sourdough Specials pretzels. Throw in a little cured meats and you've got a good lunch.

The original location is vacant prone to flooding and the strip mall location by the CVS is now under new owners and a different name

This is not what you’re looking for but this reminded me of a winery in Lake George, NY: Adirondack Winery.
I went for tastings in person and they served a cheese board. They cheese wasn’t wine infused but the jellies were. They were divine.
You can buy them on their site if you’re interested! https://www.adirondackwinery.com/product/Prospect-Mountain-Wine-Infused-Jelly-10oz
