Can you explain what time means?

This petition smells like NIMBYism

Why don't you just buy it from UA? I don't think it's a good president to force the use of private property ("ZONING!!" That's a whole other topic, but not for this discussion) or restrict it's sale.
If you want to buy it from UA, then covert it to a urban park, go for it. You want to ask UA to donate it, go for it. I don't think we should block the sale. It's a private matter between owner and potential buyers.

Just to reiterate, the water pressure and summer heat were only because I was on the top floor, I’m pretty sure the lower floors didn’t have those issues.

I’ve used it but it’s not an accessible bike lane. To be honest it doesn’t really go anywhere which is the problem. If all of North had a dedicated bike lane it would be used much more often, or at the very least if it connected to the Mt Royal path. Apparently that is in the works though.

Concrete makes a huge difference! This is why I spent all my years living in the lower floors of certain buildings.

I currently live at the crescent and it is amazing. It’s super quiet, staff is friendly, apartments are large compared to other apartments I toured in Baltimore like 1405 point. I think the amenities are great (gym is never crowded) and the building is super dog friendly. The views are are also beautiful and people are very friendly here

Love the Eden. Been here 5 years. Older but larger units and more reasonably priced than most of the newer apartments

I was always curious about the street car that said “westmoreland” on it at the beginning. Did that used to be a stop in Baltimore and if not where is it? Is that streetcar from the museum on Jones Falls?

“NIMBY” stands for “Not in my backyard,” i.e. people who do not want additional construction of housing or infrastructure in their communities. There are a lot of reasons for this, and one commonly cited one is “loss of community character,” which is most likely the OP’s reason for the petition here.
Even if OP’s commitment to preserve their community garden is admirable, the consequences of NIMBYism are extremely severe. The lack of affordable housing due to NIMBYs preventing construction (like the developers wanting to build townhouses here) is directly implicated in rising housing costs and homelessness rates across the country.
