Those mills are such a pain in the ass to get to by anything but car (and even then...)

Warehouse Cinema took over the old Leitersburg Theater north of Hagerstown and are doing a really nice job with it. Put in a nice beer tap self service area and the chairs are quite nice.
Of course I don't think the Hampden location will have the same interesting diverse film options like Leitersburg does. They always have at least one Christian film I did not even know existed showing there. This weekend I will be watching John Wick 4 in a theater next to Jesus Revolution :)

We got new lights outside of our house a year or so ago. They are so bright they light our kitchen sufficiently so that we don’t need to put our inside lights on. Ridiculous.

Payday loans are illegal in Maryland so you probably wouldn't be able to even get one

I guess by that logic politicians would never endorse other politicians, but that's not what happens.
Endorsing an allied successor and helping them win means more power as CCP and a better chance at setting yourself up for the next upward step.

There should be a separate number(s) on there with a sticker, but my guess is that due to the lack of paint, they are using this until it's painted again.

Damn, sorry to hear it's gone. I used to go there when I lived in the area but had forgotten it existed.

if a city employee has to physically be there to check every report, then there is no point in having a citizen reporting mechanism. if the city employee isn't there, then the image can be faked. if you had a city employee show up to SOME, but not all, citizen reports, then it could deter people from committing fraud because there is a real risk of getting caught.

the photograph and report isn't what is being used as evidence to give them a ticket currently, just as the reasoning for the city worker to show up. the city employee then documents it and tickets.

Personally I just say oh well and bike around the car without really caring. But if someone was going to give me 5 dollars every time I reported a car, I would stop and to it. Human psychology haha

I think you misunderstand the motive of the above poster - I don’t think it was negative whataboutism but “let’s also do x”

They are faster. Taking the airport run lot option can mean a huge wait time. One trip I took I was stressing because I waited 20 minutes for the bus just to pick me up to go to the terminal and it was another 15 or so minutes of picking up more people . With fast park I am on the bus within 5 minutes (if that - I am usually on my way by the time I have pulled my luggage out of the trunk) and it doesn't take much longer than that to leave the lot for the terminal. It is also faster getting back to my car on return.

It sounds like one of them is a movie theater that serves food. Which is good.
Hampden needs more shops/things to do. There are already plenty of restaurants.

I feel like every time I see this posted, it loses sight of the fact that people can already take photos and report such.

Since it would technically be used in court, wouldnt that amount to false testimony / statements? I also think this is far less of a problem then you’re thinking, considering people can already photograph and report.

Mercy offers free parking for wo, maybe more hours, in their garage. Also since it is Sunday, street parking is free and usually it is pretty easy to find a spot.

I was hoping it is going to get painted, but my husband suspects it’s because the bulb has burnt out and they’re planning to replace it. Given how unpleasantly bright the light is, I hope to god that’s not the case.
