Parking enforcement is not designed as a revenue-generation tool; it's designed to keep our roadways safe.

If their lights are on, they're likely to respond to an emergency. If they do not, you can report them using the 311 app or via the BPD Complaint Form.

As others have mentioned, you can use the 311 app for this! Photos definitely help. The "Abandoned Vehicle" category is the one you want.

They’re flowering dogwood flowers.

We patrol bike and fire lanes regularly, but this post is all about extra enforcement due to concentrations of 311 reports. So if you see people parked in the fire lanes, please send us reports using the 311 app!

It's horrific. We just saw the names of the workers on 695, and there appears that a father and son were working together. 😰

The city does a HORRIBLE job w trees. Our neighborhood association in upper fells is how I finally got a new tree. I dug the hole and planted it too

Thanks! We're both doing okay. My leg is healing up and I'm back close to 100% again. As far as gunshot wounds are concerned, I was extremely lucky.

As a woman, "dead at night" isn't super reassuring, but I appreciate the perspective nevertheless!

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I worked out with "lightning bug" when Baltimore boxing was still in Fells Point and I went to his new gym in Mt. Vernon a few times as well. He was a tough coach but very patient and helped a lot of new fighters. He was just as nice as the article describes. May his memory be a blessing to others.

I'm male, which might matter, but I walk this path pretty frequently. I live dead-center downtown and walk on either Cathedral or Charles as far north as Mi Comalito/Baltimore Eagle. I've never had any trouble or even really been worried–those passages are pretty dead at night. Sometimes I take the bus, but at night when it's running infrequently I often just walk.

Nah not really. The trees that they hybridized from were invasive too.
That’s like how there’s places in North America where there are wild pigs that are hybrids of feral domestic swine and Russian boars. Still invasive, just with local flair.

It's the unpredictability that gets me.
I'd rather drive in NYC than on 83 because you atleast know what to expect.

My partner and I were just driving along the highway and saying Bradford pear trees really highlight the issue with invasives because they bloom do early they're easy to distinguish. And there are so many of them.

Highly recommend going to a doctor first. Blood work, conversation, if possible look at your parents history that could show maybe you have something genetic passed down that would result in higher blood pressure.
Maybe it's a simple as diet and exercise. Maybe it's more serious and you need medicine. Usually better to start with the professional first then work your way down to the woohoo
If you did that already good luck and watch out for those pushing their vitamin and everything under the sun. Lots of nonsense out there

Naturopathy is not quackery. I used Dr Faust up in Towson. Chesapeake natural health. He has done amazing things for many people in the area. Immediately got my hypertension under control and years later still do. Also got me through health issues quickly after struggling with traditional medicine for years. So do what’s right and what works for you.

Greg's is up and down with me.
Some of the categories are great, and some are downright awful. Price guessing, and Baltimore family feud are a crap shoot, and take away from the competitiveness.
The hosts are also a mixed bag. Shout out Pat at Don't Know though, he's the man.
