I guess these guys will get away with it because my friend doesn’t seem to be up for the challenge of at least asking for some money for the day’s work.

It’s a tough industry, and I am glad to have left it. Thought the owners learned a few things about humanity after the pandemic, but perhaps not.

I don’t believe he has a record (criminal?), nor do I think he knew anyone who works there. Normally he’d tell me if he know someone. He’s been in the industry and in Baltimore for a while, and often he has worked with someone before or at least knows someone on the staff.

I have not found the housing around Hopkins (CV and Hampden) or even the Homewood campus to be particularly accessibility friendly. It was only when
a prospective student visited my academic building on the Homewood campus that I realized the ramps and elevators were laid out such that you'd have to travel in the least efficient way possible to get around. That said I am sure you can figure out a way to negotiate routes to get around. Wish it were better.

The white car isn't in a position to GIVE anyone space. The merging car either has it or they don't. They did not, and they changed lanes into another vehicle anyway. The white car cannot be at fault, because aside from speeding, they were just driving in a straight line.

"Changing lanes" is also a seriously generous description of what the grey car was doing. They were charging lanes, tailgating, going much faster than the rest of the traffic on the road, and ignorant of their blind spots.
