Respectfully, how is "you broke the law and denied the family their legal rights'" not good enough? Mosby argued that the state broke the law by not turning over exculpatory evidence. Seems hypocritical to use that argument in one hand then turn around and defend having broken a law in the other.

So where does this water go when the next city it is destined to decides to not be worse than Baltimore and deny it treatment.

Someone has to treat this water eventually. If not us, then who? You think people in other city's lives don't matter? That Baltimore water needs to be kept sacred, but other city water can be polluted just fine?

This is going to become a MOBRO 4000 but even dumber because we have the facilities to process this barely polluted water and just decided to refuse because people hear "East Palestine Water" and panic.

🥴 Um... It's much less paranoid than what has actually occurred in the last several days over water treatment that folks apparently do not actually understand, but ok.

I didn't even say people feared Ohioans... It's clear people feared the water and the process of treating it.

Can’t go wrong with dinner at Charleston. A quick stop by Peabody just to admire the architecture could be a nice relaxing stop. If you have the time just a walk from Fells Point around the end the day at federal hill would be nice depending on the weather.

The circuit courthouse has lactation rooms, my daughter used the room when she had jury duty, she said it was a standard room with a recliner and refrigerator, she took her cooler bag instead of leaving her milk unattended. You can call to reserve a room for when you have jury duty.

We’ve got to stop destroying land to create parking. What does a new lot do to the next house over? Nothing good, that’s for sure. If The Wine Source wants a parking lot then they should move to The Rotunda where the pet store used to be.

Not a lawyer, but a victim or their representative(s) have the right in MD to attend any hearing where the defendant is present. Mosby says her office didn’t violate their rights because Lee’s family could have dialed in on Zoom, Lee family lawyers says the family isn’t technically inclined and the parents need translation assistance, and they were not given proper notice or support to arrange anything, and the judge agreed that this was a violation of their rights.

And we all know and saw what actually happened. Mosby was losing, this hearing came up right before the election and used it to grandstand on the courthouse steps as some kind of personal accomplishment. She never gave a hoot about victims’ families, other than for grandstanding around an election.
