That’s exactly where I ran into him when he tried to ask me for $20. What got me was that he tried to say that he was also a teacher at the arts school, but he pointed in the wrong direction when he was talking about it. He also had a whole line his car getting towed or something like that.

i worked with a guy who was an extra on the show once lol. he played a corner man. he said he had no lines but the camera sits on him for a second or two. i forget which episode now it was ages ago when i briefly worked with him.

i've also been working in the city or close to it in some capacity since 99 so i am quite sure i saw some of the actors but i had no clue about any of that stuff so it would have just been another random person i'd see out and about to me.

Doesn't it encompass everything that is a commute-able distance from DC? The long form is DC/MD/VA. It totally makes sense to me. Other than the fact that it is the same acronym as the Department of Motor Vehicles. Other places use terms like 4 corners or tri-state areas. What's the difference? It's just shorthand.

No one uses DMV to refer to the whole of the two states and the district. No one is confused by DMV. It’s just an easier way to say “DC Metro Area” in casual conversation. Delmarva is also just a different thing entirely and refers to the eastern shore. Under no other context would anyone need to associate those three states together. Also, it’s just not that serious of a thing in general so why are you so upset?

I know that Johns Hopkins pays lower compared to other public health organizations in Baltimore/DC. To my knowledge, they only cover about $15k in tuition. The thing is Hopkins is obviously $$$ for school. Not only that, the benefits are not as comprehensive as other organizations. The one plus is their private shuttle service.

Yeah, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's a pipe dream. Residents in this area have too little wealth to support niche retail like antique shops. You need places with high median income, like Howard County, to support antique dealers and even that's been difficult in that area after the Ellicott City flooding decimated their historic retail street. If they can't do it, I see no hope for the Howard Street area. Better it turned into more diverse retail options.

I used to go to the one in Owings Mills. I liked it a lot. I eventually quit and went to Lifebridge, but I do miss a women-only gym. Seems like there is a market for it, too. 🤷🏿‍♀️
