None. None of those cities have affordable housing. Baltimore still does.

You're not going to find any property in turnkey condition for $125k. But you will in Baltimore.

The vibe, nightlife, etc etc means nothing if you can't afford to live there.

Love visiting Philly. People are mostly very cool there. Told some people I was from Baltimore and they told me how they visited recently and had a great time. Contrast that with people from NYC who ask me if it’s like the wire and look surprised I haven’t been murdered yet.

I live between Clifton and Herring Run park and I see foxes on a regular basis while walking the dogs late at night. Just last week I had a particularly fearless one that was stalking some stray cats.

I'd also seen one before when I lived near Greenmount Cemetery, but not regularly like where I am now.

Be careful what you wish for. If you think the city is dysfunctional and corrupt now, just wait until 2024, when our entire city government (except for comptroller) is replaced at once and special interests have an even more outsized influence on city elections.

Baltimore did a stupid thing approving question K. There are much better way to impose term limits.

I still use it as the live data and cut-run and projected cut-run data is way better than other options (thought not always accurate still), but the trip planning has gotten terrible for me. It ignores buses that are closest to me and that it even shows as live and on-time; just doesn't show them as options when trip planning, and tries to give me completely non-sensical routings (like walking 20 minutes) etc. Don't know what's up with that.
