If you get tired of street parking, Mt. Vernon is overrun with surface parking lots and garages you can rent monthly rates. No shortage of parking whatsoever.

I mean there is duck donuts and just your standard Krispy Kreme in the surrounding area. Diablo is good but I wish there was just a revival of the classic donut shops. Like I rarely want a 2000 calorie donut topped with everything under the sun. If you drive down south for work or anything Laurel Tavern donuts is solid and was my go to for a while when I lived down there

I haven’t thought of Craig’s in years. The amount of time I spent there back in the day was probably criminal

Exactly. There's enough audience out there to support a variety of adult venues and co-locating them for walkability makes sense. Done right it attracts both locals and tourists.

RIP Craig's, a beloved member of Loyola's family.

I totally agree. If it was an area of adult attractions( comedy clubs, real burlesque shows, cabarets as well as strip clubs) it could be revived. Currently it's a kind of ugly strip that scares tourists.

Street parking is tough in Mount Vernon. 500 Park Ave and 520 Park Ave are both apartment buildings with parking lots/garages for residents. The garage at 15 W Franklin is $145/ month.

We definitely have that here. One of the few things at which we excel.

IMO power plant is a weird corporate bar space of baltimore that’s only worth going to if you are seeing a show at rams head.
York road in towson by the circle has 5-6 bars. Light street and the surrounding blocks. Start at the admiral in fells and wander around from there. Not totally sure where the Hopkins and Loyola students party.

It's both. I would love to see it revitalized into a vibrant adult entertainment area, I'm just not sure how to do that.
