+1 for Carlsons. They have a second location in Severn, just south of the airport, if you don't want to drive all the way to Annapolis.

I heard that area used to be way bigger but the city eventually contained it into that block area. Sex work, drugs, and a bunch of other unfortunate and deplorable activites take place there now.

As far as i can tell, the area could be better if like another poster said, they set up a comedy club, actual burlesque shows, and a couple of eating and drink spots.
