Liora and Double Zero are both relatively fancy all vegan spots on the inner harbor. I’ve been to both with meat eaters and they’ve really enjoyed them.
My go-to is the Helmand in Mt. Vernon though.

Valentine Fest is a 5 night residency at Ottobar, February 10-14. Snail Mail (Baltimore based artist) will perform each night with different bands/artist on the lineup each night. The other acts haven’t been announced yet, but there are hints on the poster of who is performing.
I already bought a ticket for each night lol

It’s a waste of some of the city’s most valuable real estate, plus it’s just super seedy. Also, most of the clubs are only open for like 2-3 hours a day so yeah the space would be better used by businesses that attract a more diverse crowd and are open throughout the day & night. Personally I think local food would be great, especially since the harbor is a lot of tourist crap like ihop etc.
