It’s either an insurance scam or attempted carjacking. People often jump right out of their car to survey the damage, next thing you know someone else is driving away in your car.

Wish I was more handy. Saw some unreal prices for what I thought were very spacious homes, but they turn out to be fixer-uppers. I would probably need to spend significant money to renovate, which might still be worth it. Love historic homes.

From google maps, Hampden does look pretty nice. I like the row of restaurants and shops, and there also seems to be some nice parks in the area. Incredibly, all the homes listed for sale there are less than $400K. I am in heaven if that’s considered pricey. Such great value for the price.

Yeah could get a big home with large yard out in the burbs for the same price of a small condo inside the DC beltway. Suburbs are great for raising families, but I’m a different demographic and I like the city life

Thanks for the tip. I wouldn’t ride in DC, because I don’t trust the drivers there. Not sure how it is in Baltimore

Thanks for the offer. I think I’ll just do visits to the city and check out different parts of town. Are you in Otterbein?

Heather at Catonsville counseling. She’s so incredibly sweet and I’ve sent multiple people her way and they all love her. Shes very accommodating, her sessions were $90 last time I was seeing her.

I see Greater Baltimore Counseling Center. Both my Thera and my psychiatrist is out of that practice. They do telehealth too.

Any rowhouse? There are so many styles. I love the rowhomes that have porches. Second favorite is a rowhome with a sunroom. Third favorite is a rowhome with a little vestibule with a door on each side (so your front door isn't just opening straight to your stoop or street. A home with a combination of these would be ideal for me.
Do I live in a house like any of these? Unfortunately, no. lol
Second the book The Baltimore Rowhouse.

Lola's Village - when I was having a serious, immediate crisis they were one of the few places currently accepting, got me seen fast, really connected with my therapist, and has televisit options.

That would make sense why they sped off after hitting me -- they spun my car twice and left it completely undriveable. Would recommend they review car-theft best practices and slow their roll next time.
