It’s pricey per square foot compared to somewhere like Reservoir Hill or Waverly.
We looked at Hampden and homes in our budget were like 800 square feet smaller than what we wound up buying in Bolton Hill

There’s no basketball court at the Fort Avenue location, is there?

As a Michigander who moved to Balt many years ago, I haven’t found the exact fit for our coney expectations around here. Bens Chili bowl in DC will give ya a something similar. At the moment, I would look for a food truck or try Glizzyswagyudogs cart. (Locations on IG) It’s not the same, but good and the vibe is great. My go to is to have any poor soul traveling from the home mitten to Mule some Kogel dogs, bologna/pickled and a bunch of Kogel chili tubes too. Good luck.. Hmu if you find a source here..

I masturbate to the thought of boomers crying over livable city infrastructure

why does every story about fells point quote gia blatterman but not bring up the fact that she laundered money for a mayor who went to federal prison.

Look man, you had a weird situation. Maybe this guy was new and confused and worried about making a mistake. Don’t let one weird interaction stop you from doing what you want. Get your membership card and just go on with your life. If you see this Mike guy again just scan your card and smile in his face and go about your business.

Hot take: Gentrification creates jobs and opportunity. In areas that are gentrifying or redeveloping there are increased opportunities for low and moderate-skill workers in the service industry and trades, and opportunities for entrepreneurship. An increased tax-base means additional municipal employment opportunities. Besides, population pressure isn't the problem in Baltimore - there's plenty of space for everyone who lives here, plus quite a few more. The problem is an opportunity and employment deficit.

The "transit" portion was a former canal, with Central Avenue on either side. Pics

You should be able to find something between $5-8k for that size. Definitley shop around and get multiple estimates. You'll have larger companies pretending like you're robbing them while they are charging like $12k.

Liberals also made isms a higher priority than things like public transit. They got you to vote for them thinking they'd do both, but they're only ever going to do the isms, because those are cheap to do and allow the HR departments to make it easier to fire you.

Thank god. The idea that drivers need two lanes to weave and speed into densely packed city centers is insane.
Used to work down on Fleet between Central and Caroline and the drivers blasting towards the light at Caroline made safe crossing very difficult.
