Found ours on Zillow. Was checking it every day, contacted the property mgr for the one we ended up moving into the same day it was posted. Things go fast in good areas. Zillow and FB would be probably the best. Good luck!

I can't think of anyone who has said "Balt More" in the local area. The pronunciation varies but a common form is "Bal Ti More" where Ti can be a range of things. The T is never attached to the Bal part in pronunciations I hear regularly.

Bal is usually pronounced as "Ball" or "Baw".

The Ti middle part is represented by Teh, Deh, Tee, nothing at all, and more. Lots of variety here.

More is pronounced as "More" or "Mer."

Some combinations are much more popular than others.

Can you provide citations for this?

>So focusing on the family is usually just a way of ignoring underinvestment and lack of opportunity and demonizing black people.

There are black groups that do very well(Nigerians). The problem is with the culture in certain neighborhoods that have an extreme single mother household problem and government dependency problem.
